I think so! I learned to play "Down in the Valley" and "When the Saints Go Marching In" on the recorder for a music-appreciation class in college, and I still torture people with them whenever I get a chance. (Which isn't often ... maybe I should start busking outside Target or something.)
You could always torture her with the speech my mom always gave me "One small step for mankind, ..." I never understood, was she sending me to the moon?
